Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

• There’s a minimum of 3 subscription purchases (because of the discounted price).
  
  After that, you can pause or cancel anytime through your account.

What's the difference between Tofu, Bentonite, and MagiClump Cassava litter?

• Tofu - Made from natural soy fibre off-cuts. Plant-based, biodegradable, low-dust, and gentle on paws. Fast-clumping micro-pellets. Flushable (subject to local regulations and infrastructure). Great for odour control and easy disposal.
• Bentonite - Traditional clay-based litter with fast, tight clumping and excellent odour control. Not biodegradable, but lasts longer between changes. Our most popular for high-volume households.
• MagiClump Cassava - Plant-based litter made from cassava flour, corn starch, and guar gum. Fine sand-like micro-granules engineered for automatic litter boxes. Extremely fast clumping, strong compact clumps, low sticking, and biodegradable.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

• Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. We will replace or refund any faulty, damaged, or incorrect products in line with Australian consumer law.
