Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at meow@pawfectlitter.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

How to request a return
Contact us at meow@pawfectlitter.com.au with your order number and details of the issue. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at meow@pawfectlitter.com.au.
