How do es the Litter Club Subscriptions work?

• Select Subscribe & Save at checkout. We’ll deliver automatically every 8 weeks at a 10% discount.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

• There’s a minimum of 3 subscription purchases (because of the discounted price).
  
  After that, you can pause or cancel anytime through your account.

What’s the difference between Tofu and Bentonite litter?

• Tofu - Made from natural soy fibres, it’s eco-friendly, biodegradable, low-dust, and gentle on paws. Great for odour control and easier disposal.
• Bentonite - Traditional clay-based litter with fast clumping and excellent odour control. Not biodegradable but lasts longer between changes.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

• Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. We will replace or refund any faulty, damaged, or incorrect products in line with Australian consumer law.
